CPU Cooler compatibility help

Hey does anyone know if the Cooler Master Hyper 612 ver.2 Air CPU Cooler will be compatible with the GIGABYTE GA-Z270-HD3P 1151 7th Gen DDR4 Motherboard , for example will there be enough clearance for the cooler to sit on top of the CPU in this board with RAM , such as ADATA XPG Z1 kits ?

Also my case is a NZXT S340 White

The parts are all compatible.

That is a pretty tall cooler, so you'll want to make sure your case has at least 160mm+ clearance.

That memory isn't that tall. Typically you also use the pair of slots that are farther from the CPU first. So if you are only getting two sticks of memory it should be fine.

You can also move the fan up a little for more clearance, or move it completely to the other side.
