Msi Z270 Chipset drivers

When building my new pc I downloaded my chipset drivers but I don't know which one was the right one because one was titled "Intel Management Engine Driver+Microsoft hotfix"
And the other was just called "Intel Chipset Driver" can someone tell me what the difference is and which one to download?

You need to install the intel chipset driver first, reboot and then the management engine driver, not sure what the hotfix is, thats normally just something to do with .NET framework or something like that.
