Cheapest GPU capable of ultra on 1080p with at least 30fps

I am looking for a GPU for a good value that is capable of ultra on 1080p. I was originally planning on getting a RX580 or RX570 but I simply can't afford them due to the price increase.

My budget is $200 but I don't want to spend that much unless it's worth it, I would prefer a cheaper card unless it makes logical sense to get a better card, for example I don't want to pay 5 times more for 2 times increased performance.

I also currently have a r7 240 installed in the lower PCIE socket of my motherboard and a wifi card in the non x16 PCIE slot. I was wondering if this is slowing down my GPU. It can't fit in the top because I need my wifi card in the non x16 2nd slot.

My wifi card is in the x4 slot, but I can't fit a GPU in the first x16 slot when my wifi card occupies the x4 slot, so I put it in the second x16 slot or the slot near the bottom of the motherboard. Therefore I was wondering if putting it in the second x16 slot with the first x16 unoccupied would affect performance. Also I originally was going to get a PCI wifi card instead of a PCIE card but someone on this forum said I would have more options if I got a PCIE so I ended up buying a PCIE to put in my x4 slot but it blocks the upper x16 slot from having a GPU in it, unfortunately buying a 2nd wifi card would be a last resort as I would have to end up buying something less than a rx560 or gtx1050 probably. The card I bought was a Rosewill...

I'd want my videocard in the correct slot. You can move the wi-fi card to the x4 slot, or maybe get a new wi-fi solution.

The EVGA lineup goes Gaming, SC, SCC, FTW. So of the ones you list, I'd say the SC is the best deal, unless you prefer the dual fan cooling.

edit: The 560 is slower. I think your CPU will do well with the faster 1050 Ti, but if money is tight the 560 is not bad.

The card I bought was a Rosewill 300mbs with long range capability for $17 and it works excellently so I don't want to just throw it away for some increased GPU performance. It outperforms both my dell and hp elitebook 8470p computers at wifi performance.

Overall I just really want to know if it's better to put a gpu in the second x16 slot with the first unoccupied, or just to put the GPU in the first x16 slot with a wifi card in the second x16 slot.
