Hey guys. I just recently purchased a Corsair H115 cooling unit. It is now mounted at the top of the case. My old cooler was mounted on the rear fan slot. The trouble that I am having is that there is barely any room to mount the fans under the radiator as I originally wanted. Pulling air from the inside and exhausting through the radiator. The reason for this is because the PSU is also at the top of the case. I did some measurements and there would only be like a hairline of space between the PSU and the fans.

My only choice was to mount the two 140mm fans on top (outside of case). With this setup in mind, I still am running the exhausting method (pulling air from radiator). The real question is.... is this the logical choice? Or should I be pulling air from the outside and into the radiator? I also like to point out that I have three 140mm fans on the side, right below the radiator exhausting air. Just looking for a better solution... thanks in advance :)

Corsair recommends pulling air from the outside in. The reason they say this is because the Rad is to cool the water, if you got the rad sucking air out it is sucking hot air out which will keep the water warmer and therefore the CPU warmer, but if you suck air into the case you will suck in cold air which will then therefore cool the water down and lead to the CPU running a bit cooler. I have seen a test and some get 5-10C cooler from the position of the Rad and the way they place the fans.
