Just wondering if these temps are ok ?
Voltage 1.3 which is default auto
4.4 ghz and stress testing with OCCT CPU under full load my CPU hits 78/79 degrees ?
If XMP is enabled it's 78/79 degrees . If XMP is disabled to run my memory at 2133 MHz then it's about 70/71 degrees ?

This all normal ?

As Jos said, the temps are fine, but they seem really hot to me... I would think that your temps should be lower...

Have you considered lowering the voltage. I run my 6700k at 4.6 at 1.23 and it is typically about 60c max under load. I have a corsair H110i; very similar setup to you...

Yeah, I also have a similar setup ( I7 6700k, Corsair H100i) I run my cpu at 4.2 with 1.26, and I get about 65 c When playing games and at max around 75 c. But adam how did u manage to run at 4.6 GHz with only 1.23, if i do that my PC will crash under full load.

I got lucky in the silicon lottery... My chip will go to 5.0 ghz but I start to get into voltages and temps that I'm not comfortable running with on a day to day basis...

It is the absolute lowest my chip can go at 4.6 though... It's actually like 1.232 or something like that... I messed with it until I could get it as low as possible cause I was running at 4.8 at 1.34 and I was getting temps in the mid 70's to even the low 80's... Which is why I dialed it back and sit cool now... At 5.0 ghz I had to run it at 1.44 and I was hitting the high 80's... Too high for me to be happy...

I don't know if it makes a difference, but I use tuniq tx-4 thermal paste. I read an article where they compared thermal pastes and the top three (in which tuniq was the best) made a 4c total difference from the lowest 3... Since I've had so much success with it, I'm pretty sold on the stuff.

Also, come to think about it, the H110i is a 280 mm radiator verses the h100i you guys are using, which is a 240 I believe... Perhaps the extra radiator volume makes a difference... I also have the two corsair fans pushing into my radiator, but I also have two 200mm fans pulling on the other side, so it is a lot of air moving through that thing... Well technically 1 and a 1/2 200mm fans since the pretty much cover the top of my case and they are bigger than the radiator... :)

Oh ok that makes more sense, im gonna be sure to get that thermal paste tho, looks promising.

Well... I'd definitely recommend the Corsair H110i then... I caught mine on sale... You just have to see what size radiator your case can handle...
