Will my PSU handle gtx 1080 ti , i6700k , 32 RAM (A-DATA XPG DAZZLE 3000MHz DDR4 ) , 500GB SSD Samsung , 1TB SDHD , monitor 1080p (Dell LCD S2715H 68.6cm (27") ) and my PSU is ( Corsair RMx 650W 80 PLUS Gold, Fully modular , Eu version ) Will it handle it ? And P.S Do coolers really take a lot of W or no? Im planning on buying the gtx 1080 ti on this pc now i have gtx 1060 , this is first own build pc ever , so im not really good at pc so please explain me stuff like basic , not experianced Pc builders language , thank you :)

cpu - 100w
cooler - 10w
motherboard - 70w
ram - 30w
ssd/hdd - 15w
gpu - 300w

Your total wattage requirement is somewhere around 500w approx. You have around 150w of headroom and Corsair RMx is a top quality unit.
Yes it should handle fine.
