Will this gaming pc build work? and what parts won't work?

The parts your listed are indeed compatible with each other but I would not recommend that you build the system as the CPU + mobo platform is outdated (Sandy bridge).
I suggest that you get a pentium G4560 with a H110 chipset board and a DDR4 ram kit.
I dont think your PSU has a PCIe connector but you can definitely use an adapter.

All I meant is that the CPU mobo combo you mentioned is very old .
Intel sandy bridge line of CPUs and chipsets were released in 2011.
There are much more CPUS out there that have better performance compared to the sandybridge ones.
Also there is not much of an upgrade path for them as the entire platform is outdated.
Unless you are buying used parts the abovementioned parts will not be "Bang for your buck".
I did do a little research online and found that your PSU does not have a 6pin PCIe cable which is required for the RX560.
That is why I suggested that you get an adapter to power your graphics card.
