I'm building a budget build and I'm not sure about the PSU. Is this a reliable PSU if not can you suggest another one about the same price

My build: CPU Intel pentium g4560
Mobo Asus h110m-k
1x4gb ram (I'll add more in later)
Also whats your opinion on the thermaltake hamburg 530W PSU?
EDIT: Is the Corsair Builder Series CX430 80Plus Bronze the same with Corsair CX430 80Plus bronze?

Solution
First, the Corsair PSU's are the same, the Builder series has model numbers that start with CX. The Corsair is much better than the Thermaltake.

I don't think you will need a 530W PSU but it is hard to tell without the GPU listed. Again assuming anything over a GTX 1060 or RX 580 is wasted

a G4560 and Sapphire RX 580 comes in at 289W TDP, I think you could get away with a 380W+ PSU.

For suggestions I will assume German (Deutsch), if 380W is okay I would go with the Antec.

To begin with their only a small chance that H110 board will work with that processor without a BIOS update that you can't do without a working PC..
Dont buy a cheap low quality PSU buy a decent one. Depending on where you live either this one or a Corsair CXM 450.

I looked everywhere for the Antec but I couldn't find it do you think the Corsair CX430 is good enough not to fry my system?

I know about the BIOS update, the people I'm getting the motherboard from can do it for free

It will do, not a cheap PSU, just not a great one.

For the PSU's I listed, you just have to click on the name and it will take you to the page that lists the vendors for that part. Amazon and Mindfactory sell it.
