Got myself a 1080ti and a 850w powersupply, got no money at all to upgrade all my other componets.
Will a core I5 4570 cpu on a Asus M87 motherboard bottleneck a 1080ti in 1440P?
If it is 1080p i think it is gona be a sure 'yes' but since I am running at 1440p resolution I really do not know the answer..

Solution
It will ofc depend on the games and the settings you use as to how much of a bottleneck you'll get. But you'll certainly get one at 1440p.
The 1080Ti is basically the fastest card you can get at the moment after all.

As a guideline, I found this video of BF1 and a 'humble' GTX 1060 6GB at 1080p and 1440p - with the same CPU as yours. Even at 1440p there is a CPU bottleneck...

It's still playable ofc, but you can see that the CPU simply can't keep up with even the GTX 1060!

Thank you for the answer, even though there will be a bottleneck but I think I am going to be fine with every game above 60Hz at 1440p .
Well also I have solved this in a old fashined way: My dad lended me some money to allow me get other new componets right now. :/
