Why are my stock i7 7700k Cinebench R15 scores worse then they should and temps are unstable.

So i got an i7 7700k asus strix z270f mobo and 16gb corsair vengeance 3000mhz but still my scores are only anywhere from 700-900 mostly in the mid 800's : https://gyazo.com/4d11e5edfaa2eaa0a6ff04a3598051e9

And my temps were around 60-68: https://gyazo.com/f9a803330bded8cc317c25acbb5d8b58in cinebench load and when i do like intel burn test they spike up to like 86 degreese with a hyper 212 evo: https://gyazo.com/0bd72a67619bc1a91f30dd4c38c9b2c3 and idle they are going from high 30's to 60 degreese. My cpu is running at stock speeds and i dont know why this is happening any help would be appreciated and i have tried to do a thermal paste check or i did it over again ahha. And when i load the pc it says like AMERICAN MEGATRANDS please check if your cpu fan header is seated correctly or disable the lowest fan setting in the motherboard BIOS but i am pretty sure my cpu fan header is seated correctly and there is no such thing as lowest fan setting but i suppose i could switch the minimum speed to very high but that would be last matter atleast.

Thanks in advance.

Your temps are fine. Intel Burn Test puts an unrealistic load on your CPU. Check out CompuTronix's temperature guide:

http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-1800828/intel-temperature-guide.html

EDIT: Regarding your Cinebench score, I wouldn't be concerned about that either. When you see scores from reviewers, they typically have fresh, clean Windows installations with absolutely nothing running in the background. A variation of ~10% or so is to be expected.
7700K temps will fluctuate nearly instantly from 26C to 53C under a light load as the processor ramps up/varies clock speeds from .8 - 4.5 GHz to meet CPU load. If your temps stay in the 40-60's under normal use (A Defender scan fluctuates from 48-53C on mine using Noctua NH D15 Noctua) , I'd get on with your life and enjoy....

Use a quality thermal compound, and, when in doubt, use less of it! (5 bb-sized dots will spread out under heat sink pressure)

What clock speed and voltage would u recommend?

I dont feel comfortable oc'ing with those temps, do u think a watercooler or better cooling solution would make me able to oc or is the only option a delid? (im not gonna delid xD) Sorry for late response.

What are your temps under typical usage? It doesn't matter how warm it gets under IBT unless that's something you do typically, and there is no software out there (aside from artificial stress tests) that puts the same sort of load on your CPU. If it's, for instance, 86c under IBT but never crests 65c during your normal use, you still have plenty of thermal headroom. Keep it under ~80c during typical use and you'll be fine, as that's still well below what Intel considers safe enough to warranty.

A better cooler is always a good option.

Mine did 1002 out of the box with just XMP enabled and 1064 @ 4.8 GHz..

1095 at 5.0 GHz 1.4V, but I don't run it at that speed, I run at 4.8 GHz at stock voltage.

Mine could be unusual though however, from what you posted it likely is.

Its around the high 70's during normal gaming etc, and i tried enabling XMP for CInebench and then my highest temp on IBT was like 99c and averaged at 97 and in Cinebench it was like 87 c highest and mid 80's average. So i turned XMP off

You need better cooling.

How many case fans do you gave?

What case is it?

I got 4 fans 3x 120mm in the front and 1 140mm exhaust in the back. I got nzxt noctis 450 case.

Did cinebench over again got 940 and i was hitting around after contineously doing cinebench around 4 times75-79 c very occasionally hit 81 c after contineously doing cinebench around 4 times and with ITB i was getting around 85-87 c

Thinking you may want a better cooler.

A $30 cooler on a $350 CPU.....

What cooler would you suggest and i updated my message forgot to press update last time xd

One of the Noctua Coolers would be your best bet, either the NH U14S, NH U12S, or NH D15 depending on what you want to do and how much you have to spend.

Anything else then noctua would be very appreciated ik that me and many others arent a "fan" of their brown and white design scheme, anything black should do and about how much i have to spend i mean i dont really have a budget its just that i would have to save for a little longer but anything below 150 would be best.

What about the Cryorig R1 Universal?

Is the cryorig ultimate as good as the universal i would prefer the ultimate because its black. But then the question is will the cryorig r1 perform as good or better then an AIO for around 1000NOK ca 100 dollars the cryorig costs 850NOK ca 85 dollars.

Dunno, you have to read the reviews, but the one I posted is on par or better than most of the mid range AIO's. You would have to spend a bit on an AIO to beat it.

In terms of effectiveness, either one would be perfectly fine. Pick the ultimate since it meets your aesthetics requirements. thats what a guy said on a post comparing the two.
