Low fps with R7 260

My spec:

Asus R7 260
8 GB RAM
FX 4100
450W PSU I can't play TASM-2, BF3, BATMAN ORIGINS, GTA V and MORTAL KOMBAT X +60 fps. I cant get +50 fps at low settings even 720p :(

That card has 1gb vram, that's not enough for 1080p gaming in the kinds of games you named. You should stick to 720p except when playing less demanding games. It is also not enough for higher settings in more demanding games. In processing speed, that's also not a fast card. It's a gaming card, but an entry level one. It's based on the HD 7790 which came out in 2013.

That's not even counting on the impact your FX 4100 has. That CPU is going to be slow for any game that can use a quad core, like GTA V.

Try running a benchmark like 3dmark so you can compare your score to others with a similar system. I bet you see your performance is right where it should be. I think you're just expecting too much from these components.
That makes sense actually. You have one of the low end FX chips for a processor, so CPU intensive games like GTA 5 are going to suffer. Then you have a R7 260 which is not very strong either.

In 2011, this rig was medium - low end, now it's just low end and old, unfortunately,
