Sudden FPS drops in all games

When I ply GTA V, Battlefield 1 or other games I get >100 fps. Then suddenly it drops to around 10 for 4-8 sec. This makes some games unplayable and really ruins the experience.

Specs:
Intel i5-6600K (highest temp is about 50C)
GTX 1070 (highest temp is about 50C)
ASUS Z170-A
Fractal Design Integra M 650W
Corsair Vengeance LPX 2666mhz
I play on 1080p fullscreen 144hz

I clean my pc once a month for dust, and have tried searchin for a virus with windows defender, avira, malwarebytes and roguekiller with no results
The CPU usage is 90-100%, but during the spikes it can drop below 30%
Memory usage is 90-100% if it helps
Any other solutions?

Solution
You have a bottleneck my friend. It's strange because the 6600K should handle this game with no issues. Go into your BIOS and jsut reset your settings to default. Boot into Windows and see if it still goes up to 100%.

I have updatet that information already, and reinstalling the driver did help, but not solve the problem entirerly. i am still experiencing the frame drops at a lower frequency

For some reason, you are terribly bottlenecking since it's using nearly 100% of CPU. The 6600K shouldn't allow that. Did you try to overclock? What is your frequency in task manager during games? If it's 800mhz or under 1ghz, you may want to reset your bios settings.

i overclocked succesfully once to 4.2 GHz, but i didn't get much increase in performance, so i turned it back to stock settings. Now it's running at the standard 3.5 GHz
