I recently bought a new motherboard (M5A99FX PRO R2.0 AMD AM3+) so I can upgrade my computer with graphics cards, rams... I bought a Sapphire Nitro Radeon RX 460 and installed it. The first problem that I encountered was that the VGA led was solid red and the screen was blank. The second one is that the fans aren't spinning on any of my graphics cards ( from the previous mobo and the one that I bought). On the topic of fans, the chassis fan isn't spinning. Starts to spin slowly a little bit in the start in short intervals but then completely stops. My gcard has a 6 pin slot but there is no cable left to hook that up with.
