What bottleneck means , and will my i7-6700k 4.00GHz go good with gtx 1080 ti , im just worried about it , and please tell me the simple answers this is my first pc!

I don't like the term "bottleneck".

Sometimes your CPU determines your maximum framerate, and sometimes your GPU does. It's always one or the other. Your CPU and GPU are among the fastest available.

So im new so i dont really understands the word bottlenech , so can you jsut tell me yes or no my pc cpu and gpu are good then they are both in the same PC?

You have the best GPU and the second best CPU money can buy right now. Even if you wanted to change hardware, there isn't anything you could change to which would be better in any meaningful way.
