Hey guys, since a week I started to have fps drops on every game, they used to run at around 100fps and now I have drops of 2/3sec to 20/25fps and it happens like 4 or 5 times every 5min and it's pretty annoying when you're playing games like Rainbow Six Siege or Dark Souls 3.
Both of the games used to run well and that's a problem that occured just recently. The temperature while the games are running is ok so I guess it's not throttling, the only thing that seemed to me a bit strange was the CPU graphs of which I'm uploading screenshots below. Also the problem of CPU drops occurs only with games, during stress tests for example the maximum frequency of CPU stays constant and up
Anyone knows what's the reason of those drops and how to fix them?
I'm using a laptop with:
- Windows10 64bit
- i7-6700HQ
- GTX 970M
- SSD128G + HDD1T
- 8G Ram
