I need a 16 pin connector for my GTX 1080 Ti (via two 2x6pin to 8pin connector), does the Corsair VS650w 80+ have those or do I need to buy additional cables?
I can't find it on google :(

It's built for multiple components, so yes it will have two 6+2pin connectors.
To directly answer your question, yes, the VS650 has 2x 6+2 pin connectors. However, I wouldn't use a budget/entry-level poor-quality PSU (i.e., VS Series) on a high-end rig (GTX 1080 Ti). Quality, efficiency, build, and reliability is questionable in that PSU. Note that the VS650 is already discontinued (due to poor quality).

For safety, I would recommend you to pair that high-end GPU with a high-quality PSU. Look at Seasonic G Series, Corsair RMx Series, and EVGA SuperNOVA G2/G3 Series.

I was thinking about ordering that one but I think I'll go with the Corsair RM750x then, but will it have enough cables for the 1080 Ti? Or do I have to order some more?
