Sapphire R7 260x OC 2Gb fan stops spinning at POST

When I start up my PC the fan starts spinning but as soon as the windows logo appears the fan stops spinning.
Only program I have on the PC that controls the GPU is Sapphire TRIXX and that is set to auto. The fan also only works if I turn 80% in TRIXX.

Temps:
Idle: 60c-65c
Normal load: 70c-74c
Gaming: 90c-100c

Most likely it's AMD ZeroCore Power Technology which basically turns off the fan if the device is idle.
The fan should start up though once the device gets hot.

However if it doesn't turn on when you are gaming or under normal load then there may be some defect or you might need to adjust something in TRIXX to setup a fan profile.

I've heard of AMD ZeroCore Power but it's not it, also the fan does not turn on at all.

**UPDATE**
Turns out I was just paranoid, setup a profile so everytime it reaches 70c-80c it blows 100% and then stops.
