I've replaced a graphics card and power supply in my computer but now the the ethernet port will not work. The wireless wifi on the pc no longer works either and it no long comes up on the device manager. I think I've fried that part of the board but I'm not sure if the card is also not properly installed or fried. I plan on getting a new board but I need to know if something is also wrong with the card. It lights up and the fans work fine, but the system just uses the onboard gpu instead of the card. Is this because I havnt installed the drivers yet on account of no longer having access to the internet on the pc?

PSU: CORSAIR CX750 750W

GPU: GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1060 DirectX 12 GV-N1060XTREME-6GD 6GB 192-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.

Motherboard: H81M-HDS

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz

Solution
You have several issues here. First, reset the BIOS on the motherboard to defaults with the jumper, see if the network card works after that.

For the video card not working, is all the power plugged into it? Did you move the video cable from the motherboard to the card?
