Hello.
The computer DELL Alinware X51 R2 stopped running. The computer starts to run, and then turns off, and then starts to start again, without a pause. Such start / stop cycles are repeated indefinitely.
If you remove one of the memory slots (DIMM1 or DIMM2) from the socket, the computer stops turning off, a warning tone sounds, but no further loading occurs. In this case, all the fans operate at low speed, but the signal from the video card does not enter the monitor.
I tried to replace both memory slots with new ones, but the computer still does not start.
I ask experts to point out to me a possible malfunction.
Also, I apologize for the bad English, because I'm from Russia, and at school I studied German.
Thanks to the site for the opportunity to get help here.

I disconnected from the motherboard all the devices, except the voltage distributor. In the DIMM 1 and DIMM 2 slots, RAM slots, each 4.0 Gb each, are inserted. When the power is turned on (shorting the PWSW contacts of the FRONT_PANEL connector on the motherboard), the fan turns on and two short beeps begin to sound, which are constantly repeated. These two signals sound even if you remove both RAM slots, (in the absence of RAM).
The same happens when you connect a video card to the motherboard. Unfortunately I could not find on the network what these two short POST signals mean. Please explain what these signals are reported.

After a close inspection of the processor socket, one of the corners of the socket was detached from the motherboard. Apparently, the computer dropped. It is not possible to restore the motherboard, so I close the topic as resolved.
