Is my build good? ($700-$800)

Solution
Had to make a few tweaks, but this should be good. It would cause less frustration to just get a Z270. You had high clocked memory, which isn't necessary for games. 2400mhz is good enough. That tohisba HHD isn't as reliable as WB, plus it's back by a 3 year warranty. finally bumped you up to a GTX 1060 6GB to max out most games at 1080p.

Solution
I suggest a Ryzen build. The stock cooler should get a 3.7~3.8Ghz overclock. I added a boot SSD for fast startup.

ArmA III? The game that performs poorly with even an i7-4770K? Especially worse with i5-4690K?

Best if you got something equal to an i7 just to keep up with performance.
