So recently I decided to upgrade my PC from a AMD A10 5700 APU to an AMD FX-8350 Black Edition. I also upgraded from an AMD R7 260x to an AMD R9 270x and my FPS I have in every single game I own is exactly the same, which is very low. For example, in Saints Row 4 on low settings I get an average of 30 FPS and a max of 70. This is really upsetting and I want to jump my computer and myself off a cliff. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!
