I'm trying to build my first gaming computer. The only thing I really want to do with it is play league of legends and stream. I don't want to spend more then 700 bucks. If you have any suggestions please let me know I'm going to put the link with what I have right now.https://pcpartpicker.com/list/

Solution
Here's a better build:
It has 4 cores and 8 threads, that means it's better for streaming, even if you want to stream more CPU intensive games.
It has a GTX 1060 6GB, was gonna go with RX 580 8GB, but that's out of stock.
Fast RAM, dual channel.
Without discounts it costs $700.

You have paired a CPU that can be overclocked with a motherboard the cannot overclock the CPU. Either get a Z270 based board or a non-K series CPU If you take the second path, then get a matching 2x8GB ram kit instead of a single ram stick. It will double your ram and enable dual channel access for better performance. If you get the non-K CPU, then the stock(included)cooler will be all that you really need, thereby saving the cost of an aftermarket cooler.
