Do hard drives need cooling in this day and age?

I am trying to build a custom case from scratch and need to know, do you need to cool SSDs and HDDs? I bought a WD 250gb sad and a SeaGate Barracuda 3tb (2016)

Thanks for anything and everything.

Unless you have a really, really bad setup, no, they don't need any special cooling.

OK...if you let your drives do THAT, they may need something extra...:pt1cable:

But no, they should not need anything special

More like 3 140mm fans on top and 2-4 120mm on the bottom. The PSU will be on a closed loop, but the GPU will use the same case fans as the cpu. I'm going to try to fit a m9a cooler, but I want low profile, so I may go with a h7, I think that's what it is.

On the dust filters, any suggestions for materials (I hadn't done any research into it yet, I'm still designing the case)
