Hello, i have an issuing graphics hardware problem with my HP Laptop (af109ax). This problem started after i updated my windows 10 to a newer version, before the update, the "Dxdiag" showed me an information that my graphics hardware was :

Name: AMD Radeon(TM) R5 M330 (Crossfired)
Manufacturer: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc
Chip Type: AMD Radeon graphics processor
DAC Type: Internal DAC
Device Type: Full Display Type
Display Memory: 4099 MB.

After i updated my windows, a problem went up and forced me to reset my laptop. Since i've reset my laptop things just aren't doing like how it was. Now the "dxdiag" application shows me that:

Card name: AMD Radeon(TM) R5 Graphics <--- (No Crossfire? No M330?)
Manufacturer: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.
Chip type: AMD Radeon Graphics Processor (0x9851)
DAC type: Internal DAC(400MHz)
Device Type: Full Device
Display Memory: 2261 MB <----- (It Decreased somehow).

Maybe it looks like it doesn't read the R5 M330 Graphics or it doesn't "work?".

Can someone reply ASAP how to get the R5 M330 back working?

wait you sure it is running in crossfire? isnt it graphics apu in the processor? and the vram of the apu gpu itself were 2gb only and maybe that 4gb is the total of you ram. it should be working properly as usual if there is no decrease in game or a graphics intensive software/application and you can access the gpu control software
