I have few same sets:
MB asus z170-e
CPU G3930 celeron
RAM 8Gb x1
Power 500W plus bronze
First start.
Tried three sets - at all one result, there is no picture and the vga led lights up red. In addition to the listed equipment, nothing is connected to the motherboard. Tried different monitor cables.
