My motherboard has 4 DIMM slots and I have already filled up 2 of it which is in dual channel.
My motherboard is dual channel architecture.
My RAM is g.skills product.
Is it safe for me to purchase another dual channel kit with the same branding and same frequency?

Uh yeahus. Same frequency aka speed 1333MHz, same timings(CL or CAS 9 for example) and same voltage(1.5V?). Fair warning? Even if you buy the same exact RAM kit they are not guaranteed to work together even with the aforementioned CMOS reset. Will it work? Most likely. Oh c'mon now, I needs me a guarantee. Can't do it.
