I live in 1 of 5 flats in a small building, i have been told on a line test that there is 62mbps fibre coming into this building so at least 1 of the flats have fibre broad band. Would that effect my internet connection in the sense of Syphoning off some speed or bandwidth in a sense and as a result slow my connection?
