I Found a i7 3770k for 280$
So l need
8G ram
Motherboard
CPU cooler
Case
for 305$(changed sorry!)
What would be the best build I can get
Already got power supply and storage and has to be in Australian region and parts

you'll be lucky finding a Z77 board, that's your focus, before you buy the CPU, they are now 5 years old. If you can't find one, then don't buy the CPU.

?????? what? that i7 3770k fits into a 1155 lga motherboard its just that there are so many l don't know what to pick?
I don't know where you got z77 board fitting into this i7 3770k? xD

1155 is an old old mobo that processor was released in Q2 2012.

Z77 is the chipset for that socket that you need to take advantage of the 'k' of the 3770k.

This will tell you what you need to know about what each chipset does, and help you choose. But I'm surprised that you are seeing 'loads' as they are 2 generations old now.

It'll be good still, but your mobo choices are getting more and more limited. You are also buying DDR3 ram right at the end of it's lifecycle, so you won't be able to reuse it.
