Hi, I'm looking forward to buy Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250GB. Right now I have Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB, with two partitions, 1 partition is Windows 10 (585GB size, 109GB used) and the other partition is blank (345GB in size). I've heard about Samsung Data Migration and I've read the user guide but it doesn't mention about cloning from target that has 2 partitions to ssd with 1 partition. Is it possible to copy only the system partition?

Solution
Are you looking for the target drive, the SSD, to be 2 partitions or one?

If the second partition is blank...no data...just unselect it during the start of the cloning process.
Select ALL other partitions.

Basically, these steps, except unselect that second empty partition:
-----------------------------
Verify the actual used space on the current drive is significantly below the size of the new SSD
Download and install Macrium Reflect (or Samsung Data Migration, if a Samsung SSD)
Power off
Disconnect ALL drives except the current C and the new SSD
Power up
Run the Macrium Reflect (or Samsung Data Migration)
Select ALL the partitions on the existing C drive
Click the 'Clone' button
Wait until it is done
When it finishes...

When it finishes, power off
Disconnect ALL drives except for the new SSD
Swap the SATA cables around so that the new drive is connected to the same SATA port as the old drive
Power up, and verify the BIOS boot order
If good, continue the power up

It should boot from the new drive, just like the old drive.
Maybe reboot a time or two, just to make sure.

If it works, and it should, all is good.

Later, reconnect the old drive and wipe as necessary.
Delete the original boot partitions, here:

Thanks for your reply! Yes, I want to create only 1 partition on the SSD.

I've bought the SSD and cloned it like you described and it worked flawlessly. Except for the last part, instead of using DiskPart, I use my Windows DVD and delete the 2 partitions on the old drive. But I cannot merge and format it because there's "Recovery Partition" between the 2 unallocated partitions (screenshot http://imgur.com/a/gvhOf). How can I merge it?
