Hi guys. I’m planning to upgrade my RAM card to 4 GB. Is it possible? What Type, Frequency and size I have to install in my extra ram slot. I’ve used Crucial Memory Advisor Tool but my laptop model wasn’t there.
Here is my laptop specification

Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit SP1
CPU: Intel Celeron @ 1.20GHz 59 °C
RAM: 2.00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz (9-9-9-24)

Memory slots
Total memory slots 2
Used memory slots 1
Free memory slots 1
Memory
Type DDR3
Size 2048 MBytes
Channels # Single
DRAM Frequency 665.1 MHz
CAS# Latency (CL) 9 clocks
RAS# to CAS# Delay (tRCD) 9 clocks
RAS# Precharge (tRP) 9 clocks
Cycle Time (tRAS) 24 clocks
Command Rate (CR) 1T

Motherboard: NEC MS-1252 (Micro-FCBGA) 30 °C

Solution
First you should check your Motherboard specs to see how much RAM it supports. Apart from this, i would recommend to set 2 x 2Gb to get the benefit from dual-channel setup.

Thank you sir for the reply.. Can i extend it to 4Gb for the extra Ram slot with the same MHz? So my total Ram size will be 6Gb.
I'm bit worried if my laptop will not function if I install the 4Gb Ram to my laptop,
