You don't mention your power supply. So I'm going to assume it's not very good. In that case, something like a 750 Ti or RX 460 is what I suggest. They don't use much power but they are decent performers, and they should be relatively low cost.

You won't be playing the newest, most demanding games with this setup, just so you don't get your hopes up.
