i have a pair of plantronics rig500hd and also a pair of audio technica m50x so i was wondering which one would be better in competitive gameplay, something like csgo.

That's a moot question...the Audio Technica doesnt have microphone, so it's useless in "competitive gameplay"...It will always sound better that the plantronics though...

i have a dedicated microphone for that..the at2020 by audio technica so thats not the issue but i guess you are right. i just wanna be able to hear t's switch weapons in their spawn while im in my spawn as the timer counts down...you know?

Sorry, im not into that kind of games...But if im correct the Audio Technica would be better suited for that...Better sound quality and all...
