Computer starts up for 10-15 seconds then powers off, then when I try again it goes off in 2-5 seconds.

You need to check your setup, you changed the case which means you took everything out. You did not connect something correctly, no one here can see what you have connected and how. Did you install the stanoffs for the motherboard in the new case? When you took out the motherboard from the old case you would have seen them, need to put them into the new case as well.
