Hi,

I have recently purchased gtx 1050ti 4gb oc and inserted in the motherboard (GA-M68MT-S2P fb & used hdmi2vga converter) & amd phenom x4 955.For 0ne day it worked fine as i installed nvidia drivers. As soon i enabled windows developer mode m getting "no signal on my display"). I have formatted my pc(by removing card from slot used onboard graphics for format) still i am getting the same error. Do i need to upgrade the bios from fb to fc ? or reset the bios settings to factory default ? any other suggestions ?

It might be the converter. I know that a DVI-D to VGA adapter has to be an 'active' adapter. This is because these cards do not output analog anymore, it's digital only. So a cheap passive adapter won't work. I'm not sure if HDMI is the same way, you'll have to look into that. I would update the bios, using the integrated graphics, but I'm comfortable doing that. Unless you are also comfortable with that process, I don't recommend it. It's not likely to solve this particular problem for one thing.

This issue got resolved but my processor is getting overheated and automatically getting shutdown while playing high end games. Amd phenom x4 955 do i need to overclock the processor or upgrade for fx8320 ??

lol if its overheating then why would you overclock it???

you need to make sure the cpu cooler is working

the 8320 is not compatible with that mobo

frontech is garbage, as you have learned

never cheap out on the heart of your pc
