Looking for a really fast, reliable and reasonably priced M.2 SSD. Anything above 100GB of space and good read speeds to use as my Windows 10 boot drive. Mother board is a Asus Sabertooth H170S with M.2 spec, 'M.2 x4 Socket 3, with M Key, type 2242/2260/2280/22110 storage devices support (both SATA & PCIE mode)'.

Any help is much appreciated.

Best would be the Samsung 960 Pro. Rather expensive, but it is still using MLC NAND and should last longer than the TLC NAND that most affordable products are using.

Crucial's MX300 stands out since they use odd flash sizes. This gets them up to 275GB, 525GB and 1.1TB. Which gives a nice little extra space when formatted.

But pretty much any M.2 NMVe PCIe device is going to meet your requirements.
