CPU peaks at max clocks and raises the temps on idle

Hello

I've noticed that my CPU temperature is fluctuating very abruptly, it does this on idle when there's no CPU utilization. I've read about this and I know that fluctuations are normal, in my case my core temps sometimes reach 80°C plus and i worry im frying the cpu.
So far I tried:
-Monitor the processes to see if something was using the CPU at the time it goes full clock, found nothing.
-Ran a complete antivirus search.
-Disabled Turbomaster on BIOS
-When nothing worked I reseted the PC through Windows hopping it was a hidden virus or something.
-Then I updated the BIOS.
This happens in the battery saving energy option. I also tried to limit the state of maximum performance in the energy options but somehow it gets ignored.
Now on a regular basis, my battery lasts a lot less and my pc is always hot, i've also noticed that when it goes high clock i loose performance, opening a simple folder takes some time.
I had it cleaned recently, about three months so it can´t be dust inside.
I have this problem at night too, when my house's temperature is not very high.
I have a laptop Asus JL550JK, running an Intel core i7 4710HQ and a Nvidea GeForce GTX 850M, I don't know if this is relevant or not.

Any help would be awesome, I ran out of ideas to look for the problem, if it was something I did please tell me.

I found the problem, for my case at least, I installed separately every program I had, I Know, I must like the pain xD
It was Asus Smart Gesture, I've been reading about it and it causes unnecessary CPU acceleration and usage, uninstalled it and my temps and clocks are normal since then, there are solutions in case you want to keep using it:
