Is this good for future games..

Solution
Not good setup. First, the motherboard may need BIOS upgrade to run that CPU, so it would be safer to go for any B250 board. Next, 1060 3gb is already lacking in some games, yet alone future, due to it's low vram amount. If you want 1060, go for 6 gb version. Finally PSU, you can surely get better quality unit (and you don't need more then 550 W), something like Evga G2, G3, any Seasonic, Corsair CXM.

What about that http://dodo.ee/et/item/161106 ?

Ah, so those are prebuilt setups? In this case, problem no 1 is non-existent, you get the board already updated. BTW setup#2 has better motherboard then #1. Overall, build #2 is good, of course except the PSU, but I guess you can't expect better from prebuilt rig. Just be prepared that you will have to swap that PSU to something better in no more that 2 years (I doubt it could work longer) and you're good.

They both have 16gb.
Agree with this guys solution and also his suggestion to upgrade the PSU.
