Well i want to buy the Asus Strix Gtx 1070 but i have in this momment an apu a7890k, this Gpu will work well with this Apu? i can run AAA games with that setup? im worried about the bottleneck and how much GPU Power i will loss, all of this is with 8gb ram ddr3 1866mhz . thanks a lot

GPUs have a shorter "lifespan" than CPUs/MBs/RAMs.

If you upgrade your GPU first and will take you a longer time before you upgrade your platform, you end up not maximizing your very expensive GPU's potential. By the time you are set to upgrade the CPU/MB/RAM, that GPU you bought will already have a "diminished value" as newer/better cards would have been released during that span.

If you upgrade you CPU/MB/RAM first, and get cheaper mid-entry level GPU for the mean time (think GTX 1050's or so), you'll be in a better position in the future to upgrade to more powerful GPUs once you have saved enough money because your platform allows you to. At that point in time, you have more choices of GPUs that have been released. If the...
The GTX 1070 will not pair well with your APU. The A10 7890K is comparable in performance with the FX 6300 (http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/AMD-FX-6300-vs-AMD-A10-7890K-APU/1555vsm118648). Such weaker CPUs will surely hinder the max. possible performance of your GTX 1070 (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1EQOWVLxk0DOFXKfzCmz9lEZ-qpMb7mIvt8KUYek69A8/edit#gid=0).

There will be a MASSIVE bottleneck. If I were you, I would upgrade my motherboard, cpu and ram first before trying to use that. The A-series are usually reserved for light computing (emails and web browsing) it is not used for gaming. You want at least an i5 or a Ryzen 5 to pair with that GTX 1070. I would upgrade to Intel first and then get the CPU. If you already have a GPU, upgrade to Ryzen.

The main problem here is, if i dont have GPU, the I7-7700k will work well alone for gaming? i will need at least other 2 months of savings for the New Motherboard With the I7 and the 1070GTX, i was thinking in the GPU first and maybe not in ultra graphics, but for the momment, run some games in mid-high settings, like Prey, Mafia III, Outlast II. what do you think? the CPU with the motherboard first? or the GPU ?

The 7700K will not game, but it will at least allow you to use your computer. If you get it now, the CPU still has to send instructions to the GPU to display. But with that A7890, it's a bit weak (even on low settings), and not fast enough to send instructions causing lags, high CPU usage, and just frustration.

I would recommend getting the CPU with the motherboard, and just wait it out for a few months, and then get the GTX 1070, it may even go down in price if/when Vega releases.

If the newer GPUs are too costly for you or does not meet your requirements, then, you can get that GTX 1070 you always wanted - for a much lower cost than today.

My old i7-2600 non k held the 1070 back quite a bit in games like GTA5, BF1 and Witcher 3 at times producing the same FPS as the previous 780ti until I updated the CPU, I was surprised.

Your benchmarks would be below a 1060 with a newer CPU. Everyone wants you to avoid this.
