RAM with CPU Memory type?

I'm planning to get a G.Skill Trident RGB 3200MHz 16GB (2 x 8GB Kit) DDR4 Memory x2 which means 32GB with the i7 7700k but I have seen on specifications that the Memory type accepted on that CPU is DDR4 - 2400 / DDR3L - 1600 does it mean that even if my RAM is 3200Mhz , It won't use It's full power?

On default, it will run at 2133 MHz. You need to turn XMP on in BIOS to get that 3200 MHz.

Yes this was all tested already https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/gaming/xmp-for-core-processors.html and it even lists your mobo, though 3200 is relatively new so wasn't included in the datasheets. But it shows it up to 3000MHz.
Just set it to 3200 preset in bios as was said(a profile for it should already exist is you purchased a 3200MHz memory kit).
