Solution
I've found ASUS Prime B350M-A/CSM AMD Ryzen AM4 DDR4 HDMI DVI VGA M.2 USB 3.1 mATX B350 on Amazon. It's seller is Amazon themselves, but they say it's 'Used - like new'. It's 82.55 USD, no taxes included. There's a completely new version of it but I can't afford it. https://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B06WRWZNJC/ref=sr_1_3_olp?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1499241815&sr=1-3

Also could you suggest me another memory? You're saying it 'should' be fine and I don't wanna buy something that might not work. Perhaps from here https://www.newegg.com/Desktop-Memory/SubCategory/ID-147?cm_sp=CAT_Memory_1-_-VisNav-_-Desktop-Memory or here...
Some pretty obsolete and crappy parts in there. Obsolete cpu, junk psu. This is recent tech. and will last you much longer with good performance...

Would you mind elaborating? CPU is from 2012. Why is PSU junk?

If you give us some Croatian stores you can use we can help improve this build.
Some key pointers:
The CPU is obsolete on an obsolete platform. No upgrade path, terrible IPC, etc. It simply will not be able to run games well.
You probably do not need 16gb ram unless you are going to do fairly heavy video editing.
Chieftec power supplies are simply not to be used. Unreliable and liable to kill other parts in your system.

This is one of the three stores that have offered me PC configurations, it's the only one with a web page that includes a catalog. But it's also by far the best, its stores are spread all over the country.
I've been comparing the offers I got, and made a configuration myself. Tell me what you think about this. Note that all prices from local stores are listed in netto value (no taxes included). Prices from specified stores (which are here foreign stores, those that Hellfire13 suggested) may include taxes, though I'm not sure. This is the PC build that Hellfire13 got https://pcpartpicker.com/list/gCzjD8. It lists no taxes, but the shops from the build might.

1. Processor:
a) Intel Core i3 6100 3,7 GHz - 116 USD/103 EUR in local store.
or
b) AMD - Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz 6-Core Processor - 195 USD/173 EUR in SuperBiiz
or
c) AMD FX X6 6350 BOX, s. AM3+, 3.9GHz, 13MB cache, Six Core, Wraith cooler - 109 USD/97 EUR
2. Motherboard:
a) Gigabyte GA-H270-Gaming - 116 USD/103 EUR in local store
or
b) MSI - B350 TOMAHAWK ATX AM4 Motherboard - 87 USD/77 EUR in Newegg
3. Memory:
a) Kingston DDR4 HX Sa. 2 x 4GB 2133 - 77 USD/66 EUR in local store
or
b) Corsair DDR4 2 x 4GB 2133Mhz - 84USD/74 EUR in local store
4. PSU:
a) Corsair VS550W - 54 USD/48 EUR in local store
or
b) Corsair - CXM 450W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply - 30 USD/26 EUR in Newegg
5. Graphic Card:
a) PCI-E MSI GeForce GTX 1060 Aero ITX OC, 3GB, DDR5, DVI, HDMI, DP - 227 USD/202 EUR in local store
or
b) MSI GeForce GTX1050 Gaming 2GB GDDR5 - 144 USD/128 EUR in local store
or
c) Gygabite GF GTX750 2GB - 114 USD/102 EUR in local store
or
d) EVGA - GeForce GTX 1060 3GB 3GB SC GAMING - 205 USD/182 EUR in SuperBiiz
6. Hard Drive:
a) Kingston HX SSD 240GB r500/w500 - 96 USD/85 EUR in local store
or
b) Kingston 240GB SSD UV400 - 108 USD/96 EUR in local store
7. Case:
a) Case BITFENIX Nova, Midi, ATX, USB 3.0, no PS - 38 USD/34 EUR in local store
or
b) Fractal Core 2500 - 54 USD/48 EUR in local store
or
c) Zalman ZM-Z1 - 39 USD/35 EUR in local store
or
d) Corsair - SPEC-01 RED ATX Mid Tower Case - 38 USD/33 EUR in Newegg
8. Optical Drive:
a) DVDRW LG GH24NSD1, 24x, SATA, Dual layer, black, bulk - 15 USD/13 EUR in local store
or
b) Asus - DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer - 18 USD/16 EUR in OutletPC

Please tell me which of these is the best to choose, keeping in mind my maximum budget is 730 USD/650 EUR. In my opinion, the first, or a), graphic card is too expensive for this budget, and the third, c), processor is too cheap. The second, b), motherboard is too bad as well.
Thanks for your time everyone, you're helping me a lot!

You have to use the B350 motherboard for Ryzen.

50 % DONE!

I'm really close to finishing my build, I just need you guys to advise me on a few more components. There where I've put a component I've decided which one to take. There where I've put a link, I haven't decided what to buy. The link leads to the appropriate (by appropriate I mean that the link next to e.g. 'Motherboard:' will lead you do Links' page for motherboards) page of a local store called Links. The page is in English. You can adjust the currency in the top right of the screen. Please tell me which components offered by Links should I buy.

1. Processor: AMD - Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz 6-Core Processor - 227 USD @ Links
2. Motherboard: https://www.links.hr/en/motherboards I really don't know what to look for.
3. Memory: https://www.links.hr/en/memory-slots-2 I think I'd like something 2x4 GB, as I've been told that runs faster then a single memory device of 8 GB, or 4 memory devices of 2 GB.
4. PSU: https://www.links.hr/en/power-systems I have absolutely no idea what power systems are good, nor how you determine if one is good.
5. Graphic card: PCI-E MSI GeForce GTX 1060 Aero ITX OC, 3GB, DDR5, DVI, HDMI, DP - 227 USD @ Links
6. Hard drive: https://www.links.hr/en/solid-state-disks-ssd#/specFilters=77m!#-!1006&manFilters=926
I've filtered it to just Kingston SSD's (narrowing it down to just 5 devices), but I wouldn't mind if you selected any other too. Avoid anything above 130 USD.
7: Case: Bitfenix Nova, MIDI, ATX, USB 3.0, black, no PS. - 38 USD @ Links
8. Optical Drive: DVDRW LG GH24NSD1, 24x, SATA, Dual layer, black, bulk - 19 USD @ Links

Thanks SOOOO much for your help! I don't know where I would be without you. If you ever need help from me, send a message!

The motherboard, psu and memory links are not working for me, but as I have mentioned before, look for the MSI tomahawk board and GSkill 2x4gb 3000mhz/3200mhz kits as they perform better with Ryzen. If that is not an option, try to find Geil kits as they are supposed to use the same Smsung B die. If both are not an option then you can get whatever you find.
For the SSD, except the Kingston SSD Now, get whichever you find cheapest as they are all good enough.
For PSU, use these as loose reference... https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/631048-psu-tier-list-updated/

90% DONE! Thanks sooo much for your help! If it wasn't for you, I'd be stuck with some low-quality computer :)

Unfortunately, the local store, Links, doesn't have a Tomahawk motherboard. I've found the following MSI motherboards which are around the price of the one you suggested.
MSI A320M Gaming Pro, AMD A320, DDR4, sound, G-LAN, M.2 - 103 USD
MSI B150M-MORTAR, Intel B150, DDR4, sound, SATA, M.2 - 105 USD
MSI B250M PRO-VDH, Intel B250, DDR4, sound, G-LAN, SATA - 103 USD
They are from this page, in case it works for you https://www.links.hr/en/motherboards#/manFilters=995

I've used the webpage's filters to narrow down the selection to these 8 memory slots, they're all G.SKILL and 4 GB RAM. They're also all DDR3. I've taken a screenshot for you http://imgur.com/a/nWYIq
Could you please tell me which one to get? I imagine they're all similar, but I'm afraid I'll pick a bad one :) Please avoid the two which cost over 50 USD, as I'm over my budget already. In case the link works, it's this page https://www.links.hr/en/memory-slots-2#/specFilters=267m!#-!957&manFilters=865

Hard drive: SSD 240.0 GB KINGSTON A400 SA400S37/240G, SATA3, 2.5", maks do
or
SSD 240.0 GB KINGSTON UV400 SUV400S37/240G, SATA3, 2.5", maks do
Tell me which of these two to buy :)

PSU: I've found some good brands based on the first link you sent me...
450W, ANTEC NeoECO NE450M, ATX v2.4, 120mm vent,
450W, ANTEC VPF450, ATX v2.4, 120mm vent, 80+ Bronze
500W, COOLERMASTER B500, RS500-ACABB1-EU, ATX
550W, ANTEC NE550C EC, ATX v2.4, 120mm vent, PFC, 80+
550W, CORSAIR VS series VS550 CP-9020097-EU, ATX,
600W, ANTEC VP600P, ATX v2.3, 120mm vent
600W, COOLERMASTER MasterWatt Lite 600, MPX-6001-ACABW-EU, ATX
Please select one of these :)

None of those board will work. B150 AND B250 are Intel chipsets. They are not compatible with Ryzen. The A320 is not a smart choice unless you are absolutely hard pressed for budget, as it has less features and potential. Also it is not overclockable. You need to search for B350 board. This is the cheapest i could find... https://www.links.hr/en/maticna-ploca-asus-prime-b350m-k-amd-b350-ddr4-zvuk-g-lan-sata-m-2-pci-e-3-0-d-sub-dvi-usb-3-1-matx-s-am4-050300243
For memory you have to look elsewhere as they simply do not have anything above DDR4 2133 for GSkill. Or get this... https://www.links.hr/en/memorija-pc-24000-8-gb-kingston-hyperx-savage-hx430c15sb2-8-ddr4-3000-mhz-051200112
None of those PSUs are good.
What a crappy site. Dont you have any other website???

Unfortunately, that's the only store in the town with a website that includes a catalog of their items.
1) Motherboard. I think I'll get the one from your link
2) Memory. I guess I'll also get the one from the link you sent, if you think it's good. However it's a single slot of 8GB, rather than 2 slots of 4. I've been told that the latter option works more efficiently. Are you sure this is what I should get?
3) Hard Drive. Simple choice for you, a) SSD 240.0 GB KINGSTON A400 SA400S37/240G, SATA3, 2.5", maks do or b) SSD 240.0 GB KINGSTON UV400 SUV400S37/240G, SATA3, 2.5", maks do
4) PSU. Perhaps you could take a look at this page and find something good. https://www.links.hr/en/power-systems I'm aware they don't have explicitly high quality PSU merchandise, but just pick something you think is the best. Please keep it under 75 USD; you can adjust the currency in the top right of your screen.

That option for memory is the last choice i have stated. Ofcourse 2x4gb will be better as its not only faster but you also have redundancy to troubleshoot if one stick fails. But for that, there needs to be 2x4gb options available, which there are none on that website. All the choices you have listed are slow and incompatible.
For SSD get the A400 as the other one is SSD Now unit, which is not very good.
For PSU get this, somewhat decent unit... https://www.links.hr/en/napajanje-450w-thermaltake-toughpower-sfx-ps-stp-0450fpcgeu-g-atx-modularno-80mm-ventilator-80-gold-052700124

Okay thanks pal!
Could you tell me, which of the following is the best CPU? I can't buy the one you suggested as I would exceed my budget that way. Also it would be nice if you told me which are 2nd and 3rd best too :) If you remember you've seen something on the site that is under 70-ish USD, you can suggest that too :)))

Honestly mate, I had a difficult time on that website as google isnt translating the text, let alone the price. If you cant get the 1600, get the 1500x, as thats your only other choice. If you have to go below that to 1400, then i would suggest a rebuild with more resources to the cpu and choosing some lesser components elsewhere.

Omg I'm so stupid xD I meant to say PSU, not CPU lol. I also forgot to make a list of these PSU's.
450W, ANTEC NeoECO NE450M, ATX v2.4, 120mm vent,
450W, ANTEC VPF450, ATX v2.4, 120mm vent, 80+ Bronze
500W, COOLERMASTER B500, RS500-ACABB1-EU, ATX
550W, ANTEC NE550C EC, ATX v2.4, 120mm vent, PFC, 80+
550W, CORSAIR VS series VS550 CP-9020097-EU, ATX,
600W, ANTEC VP600P, ATX v2.3, 120mm vent
600W, COOLERMASTER MasterWatt Lite 600, MPX-6001-ACABW-EU, ATX
I know you said they're all bad, but my budget doesn't allow anything better. Just pick 3 you think are the best :D Btw if you've seen something good on the website before, you can also suggest that as long as it's under 75-ish USD.
http://imgur.com/a/S1YyK I've highlighted where you can adjust your currency. Press on the thing that goes down.
Edit: Btw you selected a 1x8 GB memory instead of 2x4 GB because there were no DDR4 memories which are 4GB, right?

There are no DDR4 RAM in 2x4gb kit above 2133mhz. If you find something, fiest check whether its DDR4, then check whether it is above 2666mhz, then check whether its 2x4gb or 1x8gb, then check whether it is GSkill or not.
Ok, this is an alternative I found... https://www.links.hr/en/memorija-pc-19200-8-gb-kingston-hyperx-predator-hx424c15fbk2-8-ddr4-2400-mhz-kit-2x4gb-051200006
For PSU get this... https://www.links.hr/en/napajanje-500w-coolermaster-masterwatt-lite-500-mpx-5001-acabw-eu-atx-v2-31-120mm-vent-pfc-80-052700112

What do you mean by alternative? I can afford the previous one. Do you think this one is better or did you think that I couldn't afford the previous one?

Final build (yupee!)
Prices include a 25% tax by the way.
1. Processor: AMD - Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz 6-Core Processor - 284 USD @ Links
2. Motherboard: ASUS Prime B350M-K, AMD B350, DDR4, zvuk, G-LAN, SATA, M.2, PCI-E 3.0, D-Sub, DVI, USB 3.1, mATX, s. AM4 - 100 USD @ Links
3. Memory: PC-24000, 8 GB, KINGSTON HyperX Savage, HX430C15SB2/8, DDR4 3000 MHz - 111 USD @ Links (your previous suggestion, if you think that the new one would be better, say and I'll change this)
4. PSU: 500W, COOLERMASTER MasterWatt Lite 500, MPX-5001-ACABW-EU, ATX v2.31, 120mm vent., PFC, 80+ - 58 USD
5. Graphic card: PCI-E MSI GeForce GTX 1060 Aero ITX OC, 3GB, DDR5, DVI, HDMI, DP - 270 USD @ Links
6. Hard drive: SSD 240.0 GB KINGSTON A400 SA400S37/240G, SATA3, 2.5", maks do - 113 USD @ Links
7. Case: Bitfenix Nova, MIDI, ATX, USB 3.0, black, no PS. - 38 USD @ Links (this is the one I've been offered and it looks pretty dope, however I will take a look at their other offers to see if they've got anything else, because visual esthetics matter to me too)
8. Optical drive: DVDRW LG GH24NSD1, 24x, SATA, Dual layer, black, bulk - 18 USD @ Links

Looking good? Is this what I should buy?
Also a quick question, are all cases the same except for their looks? If I have a cheaper case, will my computer run slower or be able to have less components?

Case air flow and sufficient room for maneuvering is more important than looks. Also compatibility with your motherboard slots is something you need to check.
The previous RAM was single stick but faster. This one is dual stick but slower. You can go for either.
The build is fine. Just go for it. And dont forget to mark an answer so that others might find your discussion useful.
