Is this good computer for gaming?

Solution
Decent mid-level machine for editing and gaming...I would change the i7-7700 to the K version which will open up much better performance and greatly extend the life of the machine. The 1070 video card will do well for now and can easily be updated a year or two down the road.

Mid level is 1050-1060 level,
1070 and up is high end bruh.

a 1080 is high end...a 1070 is upper mid at best...a 1050 is entry level if that, I cant name a single major title that will run good on a 1050

This message triggers me. Like every title will run great on a 1050. I would consider the 1030 entry level, 1050 mid, 1070 high end. 1080 and 1080 ti enthusiast-level.
This triggers me because I'm still running an HD 4670.

For the actual question, yes this will do greatly but I still recommend you build your own PC.
