VGA to HDMI adapter cable or VGA to DVI D converter?

hy guys, my LCD has only VGA PORT but the graphic card i bought GTX 1050TI comes with only display port, HDMI and DVI D ports.
should i use VGA to HDMI adapter cable or VGA to DVI D converter ? i want minimum lag and delay..
please dnt ask me to buy new monitor

Pascel will not covert from analog to digital so you will need an active adapter that converts analog to digital, it does not matter if its dvi-d or hdmi it just has to be an active adapter. Your tv doesn't have an hdmi port? What tv is it? HDTVs especially older ones often have terrible input lag and ghosting and an active adapter will likely add a bit more.
