Help!, HDD Power off Retract and Load/Unload Cycle Count Increasing really fast.

Hey guys, Should I be worried if my HDD Power off Retract and Load/Unload Cycle Count is increasing this fast? http://imgur.com/a/jQWdM
The Hard disk is set to never turn off on the Power Options Advance settings.

I see nothing wrong. regardless of your power settings the drive firmware is going to retract the head to the unload spot after so much time of drive inactivity.
