I tried installing it and halfway through my DVD drive messed up so I turned off off and plugged a new one up to use and it came on, booted up by windows disk and went to install again and I deleted all particians and formatted it so I could start fresh but now when I try to download will does it says windows can't be installed on drive 0 partition 1 no matter what. I tried doing the following below and it did not help any.

type: diskpart
type: list disk (you should see only Disk0)
type: sel disk 0
type: clean

It deleted all particians but now when turning PC on it just keeps coming on and off constantly and won't let me in BIOS. It shows gigabyte logo than goes off, comes on, shows logo again, and keeps doing it constantly. So I guess the m.2 killed my ram and motherboard :(

Thats a bit drastic, not possible as the M.2 draws power from the board not the other way around, clear the bios using the jumper.

Ok so I did that and now when I go to install Windows I hit new onthe m.2 and it made like 4 particians but it is now downloading windows on it. Last time it did this and when it was done installing Windows my PC reset and was back to the screen where u Clic I stall and pick where u wanted windows installed but when it's here and I try to install again it says can't install Windows on partition so I format and delete all again than it repeats this whole message over I can get windows installed but when it's done it resets and start installing gain. I would post pictures but time hardware has not advantage enough in technology to allow pictures to be posted sadly :(

When its installed windows, and like 2 seconds before it reboots, remove your windows media (USB stick or DVD) otherwise it will just boot off that again instead of the nvme, you may even have to enter the bios and change the boot order as I explained in your other thread.

But the thing is, is the m.2 does not show up as a bootable drive in the bios so I can't set it as something to boot into. Because its as if it's not even connected. Yet when I go to install Windows it shows my 960 Evo perfectly and downloads it. Windows is on the m.2 right now but my bios won't allow me to boot into it :( I mean I'll pay someone to fix this if they can cause it's for my work and really need it.

Once windows is on it, it should show in bootable devices in the bios, not sata devices.

I cant physically fix it as im not there, I can only advise, you need to look around the bios and do the work.

I finally got it thanks so much! I ha to out a thing called windows boot as the first thing to boot to and it works now. It gets speeds of 800mbps which sucks cause my motherboard supports 10Gb/s so it should speeds of 1000 right? I know my crappy motherboard can't use the full speed of the 960 Evo but it should be way more than 800
