Desktop icons keeps rearranging

So, as the title says, the Desktop icons keeps rearranging whenever I change resolution under 1080p (Cs go?). So is there any solution to this?
It has started like 1-4 weeks ago.

In Windows 10, you may have accidentally turned on auto arrange icons. To turn it off, right click on the desktop. Select view and uncheck auto arrange icons.

Already done that, it doesn't fix the problem.
I'm in windows 7.

i think thats just a thing windows does. it happens to me sometimes too when changing resolutions.
