Okay so i bought brand new 1070s for my mining rig and one of my gpus my main gpu started power cycling.

Why all of my other gpus are straight lines i mean a couple of dips is normal but constant its dropping my hash rate from 30mh/s to 18-21 mh/s on that card. WHY?!! Even mem clock is fluctuating like this. I dont get it. Is it broken i just got al 4 of my cards 3 days ago but only one is doing this.

Solution
If only one of your cards is doing this and not all 4 are, then it's highly likely that GTX 1070 could be a defective unit. I'd recommend getting it replaced VIA RMA or Nvidia's warranty.

If you don't want to do that, you could try other time consuming processes such as doing a fresh install of Windows 10, un-installing and re-installing Nvidia's drivers, etc etc etc.. You could also do a full power cycle off of that specific GPU with no other GPU in your machine.

Just do a simple turn it on, then turn it back off, un-plug the computer, try turning it back on (It'll flush out all the capacitors etc in the GPU) then do a full system turn on again and see if the problem persist with only that specific GTX 1070.

If it does, then yes...
