Should I Go for a z270 chipset

I just got a i5 7600 ( I don't mind OC so i went for a non-k)and bound to go for a mobo prolly next month. Any suggestions which budget friendly mobo should i get? Would it be beneficial to go for the latest z270 chipset even though i've got a locked CPU ; whereas if i buy an older chipset (like h270) i should be updating my bios.

opting for Gigabyte, MSI or Asus. Any suggestions from Users of these mobos? thanks.

You need to update BIOS if you get a H170, not H270. H270 is Kabylake platform and Kabylake ready chipset. But they are costlier than B250, which is the general preference for boards for Kabylake non-K cpus. Take a look at the differences and see how much of it is useful to you. Your post is a bit confusing. For clarity, you cannot overclock the non-K chip. So the z270 is a waste of money unless you wanna upgrade in future to a i7-7700k, which wont be a significant upgrade anyway.
And the h270 is not an older chipset. Its was launched along with the rest of the Kabylake chipsets like the z270.
Its better, you go for a b250 board and save the cash.

yeap. I'm thinking of upgrading to a i7 k series in the future, but if it isn't much of a significance, then prolly an H270 series would do. Wouldn't i need to update BIOS if i pick H270? Kinda regretful that i didn't chose the K version but later realizing that I wouldn't have the luxury of time to OC because of my profession and it could entail cooling problems in the future considering that I live in a Tropical country and it's almost always humid on room temp. I'd be happy if I get to play games on high/
ultra.
