Hi hopefully i'm in the right place, so recently when I turn on my copuert i can't acces the bios. When booting i see the Bios splash page kinda zoomed in. When i enter the bios it is just a black screen with a cursor. I also can't enter windows. I see the windows circle spin but after that it is just a loss of signal. I don't know if it is a computer problem or monitor. I used a different but smaller monitor for the computer and it worked just fine. The monitor that dosen't work with my computer works with my xbox though so i don't know if its a monitor problem. Please help. Here are my specs

Gigabyte Z170X-Gaming 7
Gtx asus turbo 1070
16 gb of ddr4 ram
750w psu
500gb ssd
Intel I5 6600k

Edit: I some how got on my main monitor, but when i checked the resolution it was stuck at 800x600 and disconnected after 30 seconds
Thanks

The motherboard port also dosent work. All i see when i boot up is the bios splash page, the loading circle then no signal. The bios splash page also looks kinda zoomed in

So your saying the monitor that you used on the game console works when you switch them in Windows?

Go into NVidia control panel then set up multiple displays. Click My display's not shown. Then click Rigorous Display Detection.

No when i said that i meant when i boot my computer with two monitors only one of them is detected. I also tried the nvidia search thing and it didnt work either

Have you been using 2 different cables when you tried using just the monitor that only works on the xbox? Try a third one if you have it.

You can also try detect with display settings which you find while right clicking on the desktop.

I've used all my cables. All that happens is i seen the bios splash zoomed in and the windows circle loading, then no signal.
