My computer runs games at low fps. On Overwatch, I have to use the lowest settings in order for me to hit at least 50 fps. Please help me, I don't know much about computers unfortunately. Here are my specs:

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB
Intel Core i7 6700 CPU 3.40GHz
Intel HD Graphics 530
16.0GB of RAM
Motherboard: ASUSTeK H170-PRO

As I said before, I don't know much about computer stuff, so pardon me if I sound like an idiot. Do I get a new graphics card so I can get at least 100 fps at max settings?

At what resolution do you play? Set it to 1920*1080. Set off V-Sync and Triple Buffering. Go down for advanced settings on same page and look for render scale in percentage. Set it to 100%.

Update your graphics driver. Your pc should play it easily at 60 fps at higher settings. And as TerryLaze said, check that you use your graphics card and not your igpu from motherboard.
