i have this old machine for my dad which am trying to make it work again for him, it used to freeze at the bios screen, so i did reset the bios by removing the jumper then the CMOS battery and it worked, bypassing the bios screen logging into windows 7 perfectly fine,
i can move mouse and everything is fine, BUT once you click on the mouse, mouse and keyboard loses power and the screen (VGA) turns off black, even with the keyboard if i pressed any key on the keyboard it will do the same thing again, though the power LED is on and the fans are on but mouse and keyboard loses power and the screen turns black.
would it be PSU or the motherboard
